Missed calls & text messages

My galaxy A3 does not receive all calls and messages. I have moved to O2 for their better coverage but now think there is something wrong with my phone.

Hi @Anonymous Have you looked to see if there are any network problems in your area https://status.o2.co.uk/

If that looks ok then remove the sim and clean it gently. Reboot the phone.

If this doesn't work, then you may need to get a new sim. Easier to go instore for this

Can you make calls / send texts?
If both are not working then it suggests a problem with signal.
Have you got a connection to the o2 network?
