I bought a Samsung S20 Note Ultra 5G on the 4th of October at an O2 Store on a pay monthly contract. Love the phone, no issues at all until I noticed the Samsung logo on the back is misaligned. I called Samsung and O2 in regards of the matter and they have advised to go in store to get it replaced. I went to the same O2 store and they refused to take the phone unless there was a technical fault on the device.
I know this is a minor problem compared to what's posted here but since I'm paying a good amount of money a month, surely I can get a phone with a properly aligned logo.
Also, my OCD is going through the roof ever since I noticed it xD.
I'd either ask Samsung to replace it or ask Samsung to contact the O2 store recommending replacement.
