I have just recently purchased a Galaxy Note II (handset not listed in the o2 guides). Last night I received an alert from o2 telling me I had a media message on line and giving me a URL to go to with a password to view it. When I first went there it told me I had no messages and then I read that apparently that was because I was logged into the o2 site so I was to log out and try again??? That worked but I open the message and there is a single line of text and it says "Attachment: 1". There is no link by the "Attachment". I have the option to "view" the message, to "delete" it, to "exit" but nowhere can I see an option to view or download the attachment. Very frustrating. Does anybody know how to view media messages when they have been sent to the web in this way?
I've now texted PICON to the appropriate number, hadn't realised I needed to do this. Just signed a 24 month contract and within 2 weeks told the contract I thoughtr I signed is worthless, o2 can just put the prices up when they feel like it. Already regretting this move to o2. Soon as this contract is over getting my pac code and will never use o2 again.

Sorry, your message is confusing. After texting PICON are you now sorted?
O2 can not just up prices there is explained in the contract you signed in the T&C's. All phone companies have already done it and some twice where O2 have not and there price increase is less than the other carriers.
There are plenty of threads on it if you want to be more informed on the subject.
