Location changing

The clock app on my HTC One M8 keeps changing the time on its own and going between my current location in Scotland to Amsterdam without even leaving the room. I have tried rebooting and its still doing it. Anyone else having this problem?

Is Amsterdam one of the clocks stored locations? If so it will cycle between the two.
Go into the clock widget settings and locations will be listed.

No all other countries have been deleted so there is only one stored. I have sorted out the time jump by manually setting it instead of using network time zone but it still flips between current location and Amsterdam

Check what accuracy level you have set for google services.
