LG Optimus LG-E400 android 2.3.6 No ringtones/vibrate

I've just noticed that my phone will not ring or vibrate on a call. All other notifications/sounds etc work fine.

I did a factory reset but it doesn't help. Any ideas?

If a factory reset didn't fix it, it may be best to contact LG and ask them for advice. Visit http://www.lg.com/uk/support - on the right are some ways to contact them, including online chat. Speak to them about the issue - if you're still covered by the 12 month warranty, they may arrange to collect your phone for repair.
