Hello!
I've already switched off of O2 to another network and my phone with the new sim says "network locked" up the top. I've made an unlatching request and used the code that was provided in the "network lock" screen which is the only one that allows input from the menu. The code doesn't work.
I've contacted O2 and they have said they have to "contact the manufacturer" but thats taken over a week now and each time I contact them for an update they tell me to "contact them again if I have not heard back in the given timeframe" (timeframe was never defined).
I've not had a working phone number for over a week now and I'm getting frustrated and I'm seeing similar threads but no clear resolution for this. Whats the best next step? Because I already moved away from O2 the only thing I'll be getting from them is a hefty bill to pay off the last of my device, doesn't feel like this is getting anywhere.
Any help would be massively appreciated!
