Hi,

 

Anyone experienced problems with LG G4, where the phone won't start up, or gets to the LG Life is good screen and turns off? Tried to do a hard reset but, when I go to the option to erase all data, I press yes and the phone just freezes.

 

Its still in warranty, purchased on 7/6/2015, but any ideas welcome.

That's a dead end too, spoke to 2 guys and they both said the same thing. Anovo do not unlock phones, go back to O2, it is an O2 device.

Absolutely crazy situation to be in. Someone in the upper echelon of O2 can surely sort this out other than to say go to a local mobile store?

It was Toby who told us O2 wouldn't unlock phones supplied by Insurance or any third parties so I doubt he can help with this.

But as Anovo carried out the repair on o2's behalf (and under their instruction) there should be a level of communication there that should help in resolving this...

There should also be an understanding that Anova do not supply unlock codes. Something that the op was told and added additional wasted time to their quest...
