LG G4 frozen -> goint to dark

My LG G4 just frozen when browsing in chrome, few sec later going to dark / switched off or died. /

my luck: no live chat with o2 or LG now. i am at the airport abroad. so annoying

As it’s 3 years old they’re unlikely to offer you a replacement device.
You may have to just buy a new phone and accept you’ve had your monies worth out of it.

Yes, that may be the case... though I'm sure LG will show offer more positive help and advice (Unlike O2)..

To be perfectly honest I doubt you will get much help from either o2 or LG without paying well over £100 and that money could be better spent towards a new handset.
