I have had my LG G3 for around 4 months now had a glass screen protector on and a really good case, It got sent in for repair on wednesday as the phone burnt my finger one day as it got extremely hot and then rebooted itself and never worked properly since, I phoned the store where i sent it back to and they have stated that anovo found water damage I have never got water on the phone whatsoever i feel like they have done me over the only water damage which could of happened is if it got wet during transit I have never got the phone wet I have an image of what they found I have searched the web and it looks nothing like what i have found for water damage it looks more like a burn liike it has been doing to my fingers!!!!

How on earth do Anovo get their contract renewed even year @Toby
....Brown envelopes? They are the absolute pits, complaints go back to 2008 with regards to water ingress, user damage etc.
