I have new phone, Samsung, at connection of a telephone card isn't present the Internet. In what there can be a reason?

Sorry can you explain a bit more what you mean when you say telephone card are you meaning SIM card are you pay monthly or payg do you have a data bundle

Perhaps you need to dial 2020 and install the APN settings.

Is mobile data switched on in your phone??
