I recently purchased the international favourite bolt on on 22 November. I did what I was told and saved the number on my phone. I then proceeded to phone the one number I need this bolt on for ( I have a uk sim whereas my fiance has a republic of ireland sim) since the bolt on activated on 22 November, so far I have been charged 54p 17 times by O2 (this is showing up as recent charges) I realise now that what might of happened was that although I saved the new UK number they gave me my phone defaulted to phone the +353 irish number. At no point was I advised I needed to delete the original number. Surely these charges cannot be put on my account.
