Most likely an account problem so give cs a call and ask them to check PLIST is enabled.

A network control that allows caller id to be transmitted.

Hello @Tom8,

How are you doing? Did you find out why?

I have an iPhone so I don't know so much about S8 sweat but, I google it and found that you, the problem can be the service provider - it's likely your caller display is not enabled at their end - or the link to your google account - you need google linked to your phone and then "sync contacts" and "clear cache". You can read O2 help page: Samsung Galaxy S8: O2 Gurus help guides you get started, and give you tips and advice to see if that helps.

Please follow @MI5 advice and call customer services so they can help you with a full diagnostics and raise a case to investigate further if needed. Talk to a guru and they should be able to help you! And keep us posted! Wave

Let us know if there's something else we can do to help out.

And thanks @MI5 for your explanation! We keep learning every day!
