I have an HTC one series 2 that receives calls, text, email etc but once it goes through the process of dialing out it just dosent connect. After 10 seconds reverts back to standby updating the call monoitor to say it made a call......... Ant ideas would be very useful.!!!

Thanks Phonesmurf

Try cleaning the sim card and rebooting the phone. Check for fails in the area here  :: https://status.o2.co.uk

So what have you tried or checked?
How about popping into your local o2 shop for a sim swap?
