I can't recieve any txts calls or mms incoming to my phone?

I was ill and didnt realise my bank had stopped my dds for my o2 accounts
On arch 21st letters were sent out to me which i recieved today march 24th saying they had stopped me making or taking any calls and txts
I was in hospital so didnt realise the phone wasnt working as mobiles didnt work on the ward
Any way i paid my bills in full yesturday and my calls txts mms all sprung into life
BUT
Ppl txting me ringing me or sending mms im not recieving anything my end
Ive switched tu go on for calls & txts but its not going to work outside if my data cant recieve the calls txts mms ect
Ive tried switching my phone off and back on & got one of my grown children to txt me 😨 nothing came through 😢
So how do i get incoming switched back on?

They have no idea whats wrong
I can recieve txts & calls as normal off any o2 number
But let anybody try txting me off either Orange T-mobile EE or TPO i dont recieve any of there txts at all & if they try to ring it forwards there call to tu go instead of coming the normal way
They tried to say id blocked them but ive not blocked any numbers at all in my samsung galaxy note 4 so im stumped as to what to try nxt

Thanks i was thinking it was just me
Ive even done soft resets where you pull the battery out while phone is still on & left it out over 10 mins
Its so frustrating as i can txt but cant get no replies
My samsung galaxy tab 2 also off o2 and linked to the contract my note 4 is on is working fine
Ive hunted the internet for anybody else having the same problem but there was nothing listed
Im glad you came forward and replied kala
I now know im not the only one 😊

Don't pull the battery like that on android as you will just fill the cache with junk fragmented files.
