You need to call customer service to get the bars on the account removed. Usually once the payment has cleared the bars are removed when the system updates at midnight but if you need the bars removed right away then call them.

@Angelbabe1uk Please ring customer services as advised. Only they can lift the bar on the account. There is a landline number to use in the contact us link @jonsie gave you...(if you can't make the call from your phone)
