I can't get hold of anyone to speak to

Why is it so darned difficult to gain access to a 'Human Being'  I am on the point of cancelling my contract  of 11 days because I can't find a darn thing on the phone, nor can I get hold of a human being to speak to about the issues.  disappointed

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

Use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option if you have to, to get through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Edit: If you tell us what phone you have, someone here may be able to help you.

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

8am is the best time to call
