I ordered samsung s21 ultra on 16th, oct but still i can't get any conformation from you.. so can you let me conform when can i get device ?

No one on here will know as this isn't Customer Services, there are known severe stock shortages on the Ultra , so much so some networks have deranged it.

Call Customer Services in the morning, and they might be able to offer some insight - 0344 809 0202
