I finally got an update to 390 on Saturday... Then immediately after that an update to 391.
Like buses... two come at the same time after a long wait!

Also still stuck here on L09C432B182.
I'd be interested if someone in the same boat could go to:
Settings -> About Phone -> Certification
and tell me what you see. Mine mentions Serbia.
I don't know what this means, or if its relevant to my upgrade wait? I bought my phone from the O2 'like new' website in the UK and have only ever accepted updates offered to me by the phone, I'm not a modder.

This is from XDA and is in reference to the P7, but the same principles apply:
Go to settings ->about phone->certification and click on it. It will tell you for which country your phone is. This way you'll now if you have the right update on your phone. B609 is Europe General, there are two other updates for Europe, one is provider specific (Italy - B613) and the other is for Russian locale (B615). Check Huawei support for other regions update.
