I lost my P20 and had it replaced 2 months ago. In the last two weeks the screen on my phone has become faulty. It glows extremely bright green and flickers intensely. This is when I press the power button on the side or use finger print ID to unlock the phone.

I feel like this is a software issue becasue it only happens 50 percent of the time. The 'always on display' does not come on. If I reset the phone by holding the power button, it restarts but the screen just again flickers bright green.

As I type, since I woke this morning at 6am I have not been able to use the phone once.

I feel like another replacement is necessary as I have read stories of a bad batch of phones regarding the LG screen.

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
