My HTC one m8 won't vibrate at all, have done device diagnostic check on phone. To check if still working and no such luck.

You have a 2 yr warranty so may still be covered?

What diagnostic have you done? Have you gone into Settings and then Sound and Notification to see if vibrate is set to on?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
