It's highly doubtful that O2 would be testing Marshmallow on any device yet. The OS has only recently been released to Nexus sim free phones. Here several links to when you may or may not get the update.

They may be testing it on the Nexus 5X and 6P, which they are intending to sell, but the other manufacturers would be releasing their own take on the OS, so O2 would have to wait for that.
