Solved: How to unlock a Sony Xperia Z3

Can anyone tell me if I can unlock my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact. I have 3 refresh accounts with O2 and am looking to cut down monthly costs want to sell the Sony and pay off the refresh outstanding balance, but have been asked to try and get it unlocked. Now using an old Iphone 4 instead. If anyone can offer advice - that would be great Thanks in advance.
