How to turn off voicemail on Samsung Galaxy S3

Hi Guys

 

How do you turn off Voice mail

 

When I had an iPhone it was just call ##21# but that does not work with my Samsaung Galaxy S3, how do you do it with the S3

It certainly should work but sometimes on iPhones in particular, you need to dial 176002.
