Can anyone please help?

I've changed from my original number to my old giffgaff number and I can't sign in to priority any idea how I do this....

Call cs on 202 (contract) or 4445 (PAYG) and ask them to reset your priority account.

Normally it takes a few days for your old number to register as a o2 number on their systems. Customer service will be able to reset it for you but otherwise you should be able to re register within a week.
