How get photos off Samsung B2100?

I now have an iPhone 4S and would like to recycle Samsung B2100. Need to get photos off first. Have tried bluetooth from Samsung to iPhone + desktop; cable from Samsung to desktop and downloading Kies software (which was not compatible with B2100). Any ideas?

I had to look the specs up for the B2100 but it says it will take an SD card, so the most obvious way would be to copy photos off phone to SD card then SD card to PC and import them into iTunes, then sync photos with iPhone.

My Dell doesn't take a micro SD card so I'll get a card reader. Thanks for your advice.
