Honor free gift magicpad 2

Is anyone else having trouble claiming the honor magic tablet 2 if they've purchased honor pro7? When I go onto claim it the IMEI box is greyed out so I can't put it in to submit the claim.

I'm pulling my hair out. All day I've tried but still can't get past the recaptcha error. I added the purchase date which is now passed the cooling off period so can now claim my Magic Pad 2. I've tried all different things for retailer but not accepted. Tried O2, invoice number of proof of purchase even tried Telefonica. Run out of ideas now. I emailed Honor and O2 awaiting replies. Any can help please?? Don't even get to put IMEI number in.

There is nothing anyone can do about the recaptcha error, that is something only Honor can fix, as it is their website and promotion..  and it also happens on the EE. and Vodafone options as well (and I tried Curry's as well and the same happens).

Best thing to do is to complete the form https://www.honor-redemption.co.uk/support/  and hope they fix it asap...  it might also be worth contacting Honor support..  

in fact the whole site is FUBAR'd
