Please can someone help I sent my note7 back after recall was told id get a refund for what I paid now I'm being told I'm only going to get £40 back when you can clearly see on my online bill I've paid a lot more this is getting silly been told so many different things from o2 I've copied on there my o2 bill as proff details

It may also be worthwhile googling 'ceo o2' and drop his office an email with your contact number. This whole recall has been nothing short of amateurish.
