My phone for a couple of years will pick and choose when to let calls through to my phone. It will not even ring sometimes and forward my calls to my sisters phone. However phone call forward setting won't load and instead I get this error message. " failed to read data. Check sim or network connection then try again". So I can't alter anything figure out why it's doing it etc... any ideas? First problem why is my phone not ringing and diverting calls when I have signal, then secondly why can't I alter my call forwarding settings.
Try dialling ##002# which will delete all call diverts.
