I have a fault with my phone. The sensor fingerprint button is over heating and actually burns to the touch!! I have not recently damaged my phone or anything. Just started randomly happening. My phone is becoming unusable because of it. This is terrible as I am paying alot of money for this phone!!

Huawei offer a 24 month warranty (you can check how long you have left in the HiCare app), and you can also arrange to send it in for repair to them through this app (the repair centre is in Kent)

Carphone Warehouse will do warranty repairs..... Never had a problem with them either.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
