HTC Sensation XE

Any official word on when the Sensation XE is coming to O2? I take it that it'll be after Phones4u's exclusivity period. I asked Lucy the 'online virtual agent' and the reply was as much used as a chocolate fireguard!
Cheers in advance (if anyone knows!)

Re: HTC Sensation XE

Could be that Customer Services don't genuinely know. They are often not informed till after an official announcement.

Re: HTC Sensation XE

Cheers Dave,
I guessed that from the exchange I had.
It seems that phones4u have exclusive rights for the first week or so, then it opens up to others.
It's a bit frustrating as my Contract has ended, I know the phone I would like but can't get it. Nor can I discuss the costs of renewing my contract.
I can get a deal with Vodaphone now, but not with O2, and for all my moaning I like O2 and would prefer to stay with them.
Guess it's my choice....

Well it's down in Coming Soon for October - so I guess it can't be too long

Re: HTC Sensation XE

The dealbreaker/maker will what I get offered by retentions.
If I can stick on or near my current allowances/cost then I will stay, if not guess it's Vodaphone.
Thing is, it often seems that you get offered worse deals from retentions than you do if you sign up to a new contract? Surely this doesn't make sense?

Re: HTC Sensation XE

The deals with O2 direct are the same for existing and new customers.
You may get a better deal with CPW and the like
