Can anyone please tell us when we expect to see O2 shipping this new phone?

http://www.o2.co.uk/comingsoon will have it listed when a rough release date is known.
But O2 will be doing it as they have posted on twitter and Facebook a video of this phone but with no launch info.
google suggests an april launch not i cannot find anything official on google or htc website where you can register for more info etc

It was only just announced today at the Mobile World Congress, so I think you'll need to be a little more patient. The usual release date is normally a few months after a phone is announced, so you're probably looking at April at the earliest, and although it looks like a good phone, there's no certainty that O2 will offer it.

Ooo I like this phone. Will replace my Desire with it. Glad to see it on the Coming Soon page already

Yeah - I can see the "Coming Soon" pages on O2 have now been updated and include the new HTC One phones.
Really hope this phone lives up to the hype - I waited 18 months for the very disappointing Sony Xperia X1.
Currenly running on HTC Desire and think its fabulous.

I'm also on the same bandwagon waiting on this to replace my slightly dated Desire. Although running Cyanogenmod 7 ROM on the Desire makes it a lot more versatile and useful
