HTC One X Jelly Bean update - any news

Any idea when the HTC Jelly Bean update will be released for the One X?

I understand the forthcoming HTC One X+, listed as an October release on coming soon, will come with Jelly Bean already installed, does this mean other HTC Handsets should get the update a bit quicker, as I assume all the "testing" that O2 normally do on updates will already have been carried out for the new handset.

if you keep your eye on various forums you would know that the jellybean update has been released in asia and is now rolling out in europe for unbranded phones and hopefully 02 are going to get going and release it for their hox's very soon as they have now started selling the hox + with jellbean installed  and they have already released it for the samsung s3 so there u have it - i was quite shocked that people didnt know anything about this - youve got to do your homework

Has anyone received the JB update yet? We're now approaching the end of November - any information on release dates?

I believe the rollout was held back until the 19th of November for unbranded devices, it was due to some bugs which caused damage to the phone. I still think we will see it before Xmas as o2 have been on good form in releasing updates

So far no rollout or official date given by HTC. There is a rumour that they are going to push out 4.2 but I doubt it. Once we know what HTC are doing then I'm sure o2 will follow suit. It's not o2 who are causing the problem at least 🙂

Anyone know if the one S will get it as o2 have discontinued it. Taking it in tomorrow for repair. The screen flickers and switches its self off when it gets anywhere from 14% to 8% its really random
