HTC One X Jelly Bean update - any news

Any idea when the HTC Jelly Bean update will be released for the One X?

I understand the forthcoming HTC One X+, listed as an October release on coming soon, will come with Jelly Bean already installed, does this mean other HTC Handsets should get the update a bit quicker, as I assume all the "testing" that O2 normally do on updates will already have been carried out for the new handset.

just further to what I've found, couple of things.

firstly what has happened to the hide keyboard button? it's a pain using back button toget rid all the time.  also is it me but the stock browser seems slower than before and also is now called browser in apps and not internet as before.

Hi guys,

Good to see everyone is getting their updates. If you're experiencing any difficulties with your software update or just need some help with your device, feel free to start a new thread.

In the meantime, I'd love to hear what you all think of the new JB update!

Cheers,

Leonard

Pretty good to see your sync manager started working again, Rob. What about your other points? Do you reckon it'll just take some time to get used to the changes?

Finally, an Android/Sense combination that makes use of the HOX hardware. Silky smooth, very fast app launching, and so far superb improvement to battery life. I just wish they had left the keyboard alone.

Only problem I've found is the direct Wi-Fi functionality has been removed. 😞
