Hi,

 

Can anyone help. I dont seem to be able to remove my sim Card from my HTC One, does anyone have any advice on how to do this please?

Push harder. It's the only way to get it out (assuming no one has previously forced it in and damaged it).

You need a pin or an unfolded paperclip and push it into the hole in the side of the sim tray. Push in until the tray pops out.

They are a bit stiff to stop them from "falling" out by themselves.
