There have been a few issues with the Note 4 and firmware updates.
Unfortunately the only way to fix is to factory reset but make a backup first as it will wipe the phone.
Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

The last big update killed my Note 4. It seems many people had the same problem with the update if you check Google.
