Goes straight to voicemail

My phone - a Medion S5004 - has started going straight to voicemail without ringing. How can I chane this please?

Try dialling ##002#. This is the short code to cancel all diverts, including Voicemail 901 so you'll need to reactivate voicemail again if you want it on.

Al in the guide posted above but you just dial 1750 or 175002 for iPhones.
