Gmail issue

Is anyone else having problems with Gmail (as in receiving notifications from forum?)

I use gmail 99% for this forum. All worked ok while I was away for weekend. Emails from here came in as normal.

Since 2pm today they have stopped.

I have tested it by sending myself an email from my btinternet account. That came into gmail. A friend has sent me an email to gmail address. That also came in.

So by a process of elimination, it looks as if it's O2 related??.

Just for info, Gmail is on my Note 8. Also via Outlook on my PC (set up in 2 separate accounts ie btinternet and gmail)

Just checking if anyone else is having the same issue?

Have filter in place as problem has not been resolved.

Trying to access the community in Thailand I continually got notification that the website wasn't secure. Also the same gmail issues that others are experiencing.

The website security is now that I'm back in the UK but the GMail issue is still happening with every notification except for PMs.

@jonsieIf you check back in the thread @gmarkj came up with a workaround. It's still ok for me as my emails come in via Outlook. (I have 2 email addresses so it's easier for me to see both if in Outlook)

So, 2 notifications came in to gmail earlier.

1 received as normal but the other into spam - makes no sense???

My notification about this month's community rewards went straight through to my Gmail inbox where as previously any notification from o2 was going into the spam folder

Weird @MI5 ?? Particularly as they are both solutions. (Show off) Mind you 1 was marked by Martin. The spam one was marked by the op. That could be it?

Every subscription notification goes into spam for me. I can't be bothered setting up filters as I'm happy checking the spam folder.Just had an email from  a mod treated as spam so no problem for me.
