Galaxy s6 edge plus delays

Hi,

 

I have pre-ordered the s6 edge plus and it looked like it was going to be sent to me on the 4th of september, however just now i received a text saying that they dont have enough stock, does anyone from o2 here have an idea on how long of a delay it might be? roughly will do, days or weeks type of thing.

My order still says 'in progress' though but it also says its been despatched to the store with DPD and has included a Parcel no. so fingers crossed everything will go smoothly later today, I'll come back and write an update and let you all know how I got on after I've been to the store.

Just off chat, after a few attempts, and like above it should arrive in store later today!  I'll feed back later , but DPD are very reliable normally. 😉

Agree about DPD...In my area they (DPD) send you an email and you can actually track your driver from the link they provide...Also an hr delivery time slot....

I can't track the package as the tracking number given to me  via chat isn't valid!

If it has been dispatched, your tracking number should be in your My O2.

Or you could go into the DPD site and paste the number into their tracking link

Just got off chat with o2 and was trying to squeeze them to give me the same deal they offered for the s6 edge but not happening there still assuring me that it's in stock though...

Thats what I did initiially, the tracking number given comes up as not valid.  Also, my phone number for the new phone is on My O2, but when clicked it keeps coming up as error on the O2 website.  I've

no idea where else the tracking number could be.
