Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running on Android 10. I cannot find where to switch on or use Wi-Fi calling. It is not in the phone menus or the setting menu. Does anyone know where it is?

You need to start by asking O2 to enable it on your account.

You then need to turn it on in your MyO2.

Then reboot phone after 24 hours and the settings should appear.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
