I ordered my Samsung galaxy s23 back in April and I should have received the code for a free pair of buds.
It's been long over the given time and I still haven't received the code. I have tried contacting through the agent chat and via the phone, only to be told "it's a known issue" and that they have a town frame on when it'll be fixed.
This is getting ridiculous, I bought my phone when I did because of the offer and they can't even tell me when they intend to fix the issue preventing them from sending me the code is ridiculous.

Yep, bit of a mess, but the agents won't have any idea of a timeframe re a fix.

O2 are supposed to be sending a code which can be used to fully discount the purchase of the buds in the O2 shop.
