Galaxy S6 Broken

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 64gb which has been working perfectly fine, until it updated overnight on Sunday. When I came to turn my phone on Monday morning it wouldn't. The screen doesn't come on and the LED is just constantly blue.

Has anyone else had this experience or know what/why this may have happened and what to do about it??

Try holding power and volume up together for 20/30 seconds.
If it boots into recovery mode, choose the factory reset option then restart the phone.
You will lose any data that isn't backed up though, although any other way of fixing this will also result in a total data loss, most likely.

Thanks for the reply. Sadly this hasn't worked either, absolute zero sign of life.

The blue LED has also gone out now so I am guessing my phone might be bricked unfortunately.
