Galaxy S2 not receiving incoming calls

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have had my Galaxy S2 now for over 2 years but within the last week, all my incoming calls are going straight to voicemail even if I have full signal. I am not having this problem with text messages as these are being received instantly.  It is very annoying as I keep missing calls & don't know why this is happening. I haven't downloaded any new apps for months now (mainly as my phone is out of memory!) so I know this isn't the issue.  Can anyone help?

Try extending the time before VM cuts in, dial  **61*901*11*30# then press the call button.

This sets it to the maximum of 30 seconds and you can change it in 5 second stages.

Unfortunately this did not work and now when you call my mobile, you don't even get the option of voicemail, just a recorded message telling me I am unavailable so this has made it worse as no one can even leave me a message now.

Have now got voicemail back by finding online about calling 1750 to activate this. Still can't find out why my calls are going straight to voicemail though - very frustrating.

1750 turns on vm and 1760 will turn it off.
I can't remember if the S2 has blocking mode but check if it has and that it isn't on.
Also check your blocked calls list to see if you have added numbers to it.
