I ordered an upgrade of a Galaxy Note 2, and it was out of stock. Okay thats understandable its in demand I was told to come back to webchat every day to check with stock so i did... on Friday the 4th I came back and asked, whether they have had their stock arrive and they said Yes! I was so pleased, I knew it wouldnt be sent out till monday or something anyway! So.... I messaged again on saturday just to check whether it woudl be sent out on saturday... and... for some reason this stock delivery never actually happened!! What do I do...? I'm being lied to! I have no idea when I am getting the phone.

Must be frustrating but I would not go by what Live chat tells you and I would put a call into Customer services and actually speak with someone.
Hope you can get it sorted soon.
