None of the hospitals in the Greater Manchester area have free wifi. It would be such a benefit for in-patients and is something the government should look at providing.

Now that would be something that maybe O2 could take a look at. slight_smile

Hiy guys,

Was tethering a kindle fire hd to the ace 2 so she could use tv catchup as they offered no wifi and the TV usage was an extortionate £10 per day 😮

Worked very well but I did warn her to watch her usage, seems watching dancing on ice was her main concern though as she ate through 80% of her allowence in 2 days haha

Totaly agree, maybe someone should look at providing hotspots for hospitals.

I have an old Samsung i5801 that is unlocked and I use either a Giffgaff or Three PAYG sim in them (depending on signal). They both offer unlimited data for no more than £15 a month - It's a cheap alternative in situations such as yours....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
