My phone screen freezers now and then. It flips to aeroplane mode, ends calls midway through conversation all by itself. Can anyone offer advice. Thanks

First thing to try would be to run it in safe mode.

If it doesn't play up then, do a backup and factory reset it.

If it still plays up, send it off for repair.
