Hi
I my daughter got me a Samsung Flame for Christmas, I don't really have much idea how to use it or what the tech stuff means. So I was shocked to find on my recent bill that I have been charged for mobile data when I haven't downloaded anything or used the internet. I have since switched off the mobile data but I can no longer send picture messages. Do I have to use mobile data to send picture message ? My old Nokia didn't charge me any extra to send a picture message so why does this phone. I don't have any data allowance on my Simplicity sim only tariff & don't really wont to add any as I only want to use the phone for calls, text & picture message. Any help & advice would be most appreciated.
Thank You
Fiona

I know I see what my daughter & even my 2year old Grandaughter do with the mobile phones. Oh it's such a long way off from where it all started. I'm afraid I've been left well behind hehe. You wouldn't believe many years ago I worked for 0ne20ne advising customers how to use their mobiles. How things change. Thank You once again for all your helpful advice & support.
Fee. I know exactly where you are coming from! My sons and grandson leave me looking like a real dumbo!
However, I came on this forum and the advice and support is excellent.
I am not saying I am MUCH better, but hey...each to their own?
Just remember to come back as many times as you need to.
