Solved: Data not working on Samsung S4 mini but Wifi works...

Since last Saturday my data has stopped working on my Samsung s4 mini, it works absolutely fine on the Wifi. Its been fine up until last week. Ive reinstalled the settings after they were sent over by Customer Services but it has made no difference. The 4G icon is flashing but i cannot connect. Any ideas please

How much data are you allowed per month? Is it possible that you have exceeded your allowance? Have you tried to connect to 3G rather than 4G? Have you checked to see if you're in a 4G area? http://status.o2.co.uk/
