Bit of a long shot! For about the last three weeks my phone will not scan the Costa Express App..... I thought it was the machine but other customers have found it works fine. Costa cant come up with anything... just wondring if anyone else has had problems in case it is something to do with O2 or if there is something I can alter in my phone so it works again... not the biggest problem just annoying! You could try deleting the app and reinstalling. That may sort it out.

@Bobbyboy1 Also a long shot, do you have a spend cap on your O2 account?
