Hi all, I upgraded today and got myself a much needed and wanted Galaxy 7edge. There is an offer presently valid which states I can claim a Gear VR for free. Brill, but as I was following instructions to process this claim, one of the stipulations was an ability to upload a document from my o2. I followed instructions u til I could go no further. I need to download a document from my o2? But i do not have an option anywhere to view, or download a document within my o2, I've checked mobile and laptop modes. Do any of you lovely people know how I can find my documents? Thank you for reading.

We still don't know what docs it is asking for?
CS won't help if it's a personal doc of some sort.

Hi All

Its just common sense, they obviously asking for proof of purchase to confirm the date you purchased otherwise all S7 users will be claiming free VR.
