Change to married surname on account

Been promised a phone call regarding my surname change after visiting thanet store on Friday name still not changed getting extremely frustrated now would like to request pac code now 😞

@Anonymous Please follow the link provided above. I don't know why anyone in an O2 store would tell you that you could initiate a name change by a phone call? That's just absurd, and extremely irresponsible of store staff to be giving you that kind of information.

Emailed form and certificate direct 3 times now then visited store after 2 months of trying was easier to change name on my mortgage
